David, I need a favor: invent a French-Canadian name for me, please! Male. You'll get credit in my next book (as if that means anything).

You can't study the history of Canada and ignore the Quebecois.
I don't. M. Levesque is a key element and already had a speaking part. He just didn't have a name.
In fact I once had a friend in Montreal who knew a few Quebecois and fed me that exact line I used that "sounded French but wasn't."
I heard a harsh, guttural voice in the Androidal background: “Esti de câlice de tabarnak, c'est pas possible comment que t'es cave!”
...and quite honestly...I believe I've totally forgotten what it translates to!!! But it is something nasty.
